The eco-mandate set by Atlas is adopted by every individual in the company. We believe in sustainable farming for our future generations so that there is continuity of employment and there is a clean and safe environment in which to live and work.

Collectively, we create a whole culture that is driven by this ethos and in turn, there are many opportunities for both communities and the company alike.

Atlas seeks to create new employment in all the areas it operates and is sometimes one of the only paid work available in the more remote locations.  

Through education and training, staff become empowered, Atlas increases its level of experienced staff and ultimately the communities create a level of self-sufficiency in running the business.
